3 times in the last three days my account has had other people takin money out of it. Yay!
Customer service phone calls are always so annoying. Don’t lie to me on the phone just because I’m the first person to call in the morning, there’s obviously a problem and I’m obviously upset.
This happened to me a few weeks ago. It’s infuriating.
Some one had changed my address, added an email to the account and transferred $5 from my bank account. I fixed it within a few hours, then called PayPal. It went something like this:
Me: Some one changed the info of my account without my permission.
PP: It looks like you changed your address and added an email on [date].
Me: I know when it happened. My account was hacked — that wasn’t me who did that.
PP: It looks like you logged in and changed it.
Me: But it wasn’t me. …
